About the Programme
The Department of Computer Science, Aggarwal College, Ballabgarh, organized the Induction Programme ‘Shubharambh 2026’ for the newly admitted students of the BCA and MCA Batch 2026–27. Around 250 students participated enthusiastically in the programme. The programme was organized under the guidance of Hon’ble Chairman Shri Devender Kumar Gupta, Hon’ble General Secretary of the college Shri Dinesh Kumar Gupta, Officiating Principal Dr. C. S. Vashisht and Administrator Ms. Divya Verma. The programme commenced with the welcome address by Dr. Sachin Garg, HOD & In-charge, Department of Computer Science, who warmly welcomed the new students and briefed them about the college, its academic environment and departmental activities.
He also apprised the students about the college infrastructure and facilities, examination system, internal assessment and evaluation, attendance rules, use of smart boards and camera surveillance on the campus. Dr. C. S. Vashisht motivated the students to work hard and encouraged them to move forward in life with dedication, confidence and a positive attitude. During the induction programme, students were introduced to various institutional committees, clubs and student-development activities. Ms. Prerna Gupta briefed the students about the Institution Innovation Cell (IIC) and Anti-Ragging Committee, highlighting the importance of innovation and maintaining a safe, disciplined and welcoming campus environment.
