About the Programme
A guest lecture on 'Judicial Activism in India' was organized by the Political Science Department at Agrawal College, Ballabgarh, on 15th October 2026. Dr. Jyotsna Singh, Professor at Government College, Faridabad, was the chief speaker.
The main aim of this lecture was to provide students with information about the judiciary in India, its role, judicial activism, its importance, and the judiciary's contribution to protecting the Constitution and the fundamental rights of citizens. This lecture was conducted under the guidance of the college and Agrawal Vidyapracharini Sabha President, Mr. Devendra Kumar Gupta, General Secretary Mr. Dinesh Kumar Gupta, and the college Acting Principal, Dr. C.S. Vashistha.
