About the Programme
A guest lecture on "Unlocking Career Opportunities Through Chemistry" was organized by the Department of Chemistry under the banner of Chemical Society, on October 16, 2026 at Aggarwal College Ballabgarh, Campus-II. The event was conducted under the supervision of Officiating Principal Dr. C. S. Vashishat and under the convenorship of Dr. Priyanka Sehrawat, Head Department of Chemistry.
The objective of the lecture was to guide students on various career pathways and higher education opportunities in the field of chemical sciences. The session commenced with the formal welcome by presenting a plantlet to the guest speaker, Mr. Ankit Kaushik, Assistant Professor, Pt JLN Gov. College, Faridabad, by Off. principal. In his guest address, Mr. Ankit Kaushik elaborated on how students can unlock various academic and professional avenues through chemistry: Academic & Research Avenues: pursuing higher education (M.Sc., Ph.D.) and entering research institutes, national laboratories, and academic teaching roles.
