Aggarwal College Ballabgarh

On 25th July 2026, the NEP (Implementation) Cell of Aggarwal College, Ballabhgarh organized a faculty development workshop on the topic 'NEP 2020 at 6: From Policy to Practice in Higher Education' in Computer Lab No. 2. This workshop was conducted under the guidance of the officiating principal, Dr. C.S. Vashistha. The aim of the workshop was to familiarize teachers with the latest provisions and practical initiatives related to the effective implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The welcome address and details about the NEP (Implementation) Cell were given by Dr. Viprenka Sahrawat, who highlighted the major achievements of NEP 2020 in the past six years and the existing challenges in its implementation. She discussed the effective implementation of the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC), Four Year Undergraduate Program (FYUP), multiple entry-exit system, and Outcome-Based Education (OBE). Additionally, she covered capacity-based assessment, multidisciplinary and skill-based curriculum, the integration of technology and Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), as well as institutional preparation for NAAC, NIRF, and autonomy.
