Aggarwal College, Ballabgarh, successfully organized a grand ‘Mega Job Fair 2026’ in its campus, providing final-year students and job-seeking youth with a valuable platform to connect with leading companies across the country and gain professional opportunities.

The event was organized under the inspiring guidance of Mr. Devender Kumar Gupta (Chairman, Aggarwal College Governing Body) and Mr. Dinesh Kumar Gupta (General Secretary, Aggarwal College Governing Body). Keeping in mind the bright future of students, the college continues its tradition of organizing such job fairs annually alongside academic activities. The job fair was conducted under the patronage of Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta (Acting Principal & Convener, Centre for Career Counselling, Training & Placement) and Dr. Sachin Garg (Incharge, Wing One).

Renowned companies from the Banking, IT, Manufacturing, and Service sectors participated in the event. Prominent recruiters included ICICI Bank, Bank of Baroda, Muthoot Finance, Policy Bazaar, My Money Mantra, Data Solutions, Loom Solar, Yes Germany, ITC Limited, BPS, and Star Wire.

The fair offered both full-time job opportunities and internship positions. Students were selected for roles such as Software Developer, Business Development Executive, Tele caller, and other executive positions. Companies assessed candidates through written tests, Group Discussions (GD), and personal interviews as per their recruitment criteria.

A total of 350 students registered for the job fair. Participants were instructed to attend in professional dress code and carry their resumes, reflecting their readiness to enter the corporate world. The overall coordination of the event was led by Dr. Shilpa Goyal and Ms. Mohini Verma, along with their dedicated team. Their efforts played a significant role in making the event a grand success and providing students with a promising direction for their careers.
