Aggarwal College organized a thought-provoking Youth Dialogue programme to provide a dynamic platform for young minds to express ideas, discuss societal challenges, and contribute meaningfully to nation-building. The initiative aimed to strengthen leadership qualities, civic awareness, and democratic participation among students.
The programme commenced with a welcome address highlighting the theme “Youth Voice for Nation Building.” Students were encouraged to actively engage with contemporary issues such as education reform, environmental sustainability, gender equality, innovation, and responsible citizenship.
The dialogue featured moderated panel discussions where students articulated their perspectives on youth participation in policy-making, digital ethics, governance, and sustainable development. Each session was followed by open-floor interaction, ensuring inclusive participation and healthy debate.
Eminent speakers from academic and social sectors shared their experiences and emphasized the importance of empathy, informed opinions, critical thinking, and constructive dialogue. The discussions inspired students to become responsible voices in a democratic society.
A collaborative activity titled “Speak for Change” encouraged student teams to identify local challenges and propose practical, innovative solutions. The best presentations were recognized for clarity of vision, feasibility, and social impact.
The programme concluded with a valedictory session where the Principal appreciated the enthusiasm and maturity shown by the participants. Students took a Youth Responsibility Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to ethical leadership, inclusivity, and positive societal transformation.
