Aggarwal College organized a thoughtfully designed Letter Writing Activity with the aim of enhancing students’ writing, communication, and language skills. The initiative focused on developing clarity of expression, emotional articulation, and structured writing through traditional letter formats.
Students were encouraged to write different types of letters, including formal, informal, and official correspondence. Topics such as letters of gratitude, applications, civic issues, and personal communication allowed students to understand tone, purpose, and audience-specific writing styles.
The activity also highlighted the cultural and educational value of handwritten letters in an era dominated by digital communication. Participants followed proper formats, salutations, body structure, and closing expressions, reinforcing foundational writing principles.
Through this exercise, students improved their grammar, sentence formation, vocabulary, and overall confidence in written communication. Several letters were appreciated for creativity, originality, and impactful presentation.
